Scan Size

Select a template size to scan originals at a specified size regardless of the actual size of the originals you have placed.

You can specify the following sizes:

A4, A5, A5, B5 JIS, 8¹/₂ × 14, 8¹/₂ × 13, 8¹/₂ × 11, 5¹/₂ × 8¹/₂, 5¹/₂ × 8¹/₂

Select [Custom Size] to scan originals whose sizes do not match a standard template or to scan only a part of an original by selecting [Partial Scan].

You can specify the length and width of your originals in mm or inches.

Scan size settings registered in [Program/Change Scan Size] are shown. For details about [Program/Change Scan Size], see Scan Settings.

(mainly North America)

If you scan mixed size originals of 8 ¹/₂ 14 and 8 ¹/₂ 11 paper using the ADF, the sizes of the scanned originals will be the same as the originals placed in the ADF.
