If you use an audio input device, such as an external microphone speaker or headset, you can adjust the gain (or input sensitivity) of the microphone.
Adjust the gain if the other party has difficulty hearing your voice or if you wish to enhance the audio input sensitivity.
The microphone gain can only be adjusted during a meeting or while checking the connection.
The input sensitivity of the microphone cannot be adjusted when "Analog Audio Input and Output" is set to [Line Input and Output Mode].
Press the [Menu] key/
when you are in a meeting or viewing the Connection Check screen.
Press the [Enter] key.
Speak into the microphone and press the [
] or [
] key to adjust the gain.
When adjusting an analog audio input device
When adjusting a digital audio input/output device
When you are finished, press the [Enter] key.
If both an analog audio input device and a digital audio input/output device are connected, only the digital audio input/output device can be adjusted.
The new settings for the analog audio input device and digital audio input/output device are stored separately. These settings remain enabled even after the machine is restarted.
