Deleting a Group Within Another Group

1Display the initial settings screen.

  • When using the standard operation panel

    Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

  • When using the Smart Operation Panel

    Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel. Flick the screen to the left, and then press the [User Tools] icon (Operation panel screen illustration) on the Home screen 4.

2Press [System Settings].

3Press [Administrator Tools].

4Press [Address Book: Program / Change / Delete Group].

5Check that [Program / Change] is selected.

6Select the group to remove from a group.

Press the group key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.

You can search by the registered name.

7Press [Add to Group].

8Select the group from which you want to remove the group.

The group key is deselected and the group is deleted from it.

9Press [OK].

10Press [Exit].

11Close the initial settings screen.

  • When using the standard operation panel

    Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

  • When using the Smart Operation Panel

    Press [User Tools/Counter] (Operation panel screen illustration) on the top right of the screen.
