Printing PDF Files on Web Pages

You can download PDF files from Web pages and print them.

A maximum of 20 downloaded PDF files can be stored.

Important

  • When you exit the browser, the stored PDF files are erased automatically.

1Click the link to a PDF file on a Web page.

2Press [OK].

The PDF file downloads.

3Press [PDF File List].

To continue downloading PDF files from the Web page, press [Browser Screen] to return to the Web page.

4Select the PDF file that you want to print.

You can check printed images of the PDF file on the [Preview] screen. To use the [Preview] screen, press [Preview].

5Press [Print].

6Make desired settings.

7Press [Print] twice.

  • You can also check the stored PDF files using [Operation panel screen illustration]. Press [PDF File List] under the [Settings] Screen.
