Ring Binding

Open the document to print.

Select [Print] or [Print...] from the [File] menu.

When using Mac OS X 10.7, select the printer you are using in the [Printer:] pop-up menu.

Select [Printer Features] from the pop-up menu.

Select [General 3] in [Feature Sets:].

The item names in [Feature Sets:] differ depending on the version of Mac OS X you are using.

Select [Ring Binding] or [Punch Only for Ring Binding] from the [Perfect/Ring Binding:] pop-up menu.

Select a binding position from the [Ring Binding Position:] pop-up menu.

Print the document using the print function in the document’s native application.
