Printer Configuration

You can check the printer configuration using telnet.

This section explains the checking procedure for input/output trays and printer language.

UNIX: Use the "info" parameter and the "rsh", "rcp", "ftp", and "sftp" commands. "rsh" and "rcp" cannot be used in a Windows environment.
telnet: Use the "info" command.

Input Tray
Item	Description
No.	ID number of the paper tray
Name	Name of the paper tray
Paper Size	Size of paper loaded in the paper tray
Status	Current status of the paper tray Normal: Normal NoInputTray: No tray PaperEnd: No paper

Output Tray
Item	Description
No.	ID number of the output tray
Name	Name of the output tray
Status	Current status of the output tray Normal: Normal PaperExist: Paper exists OverFlow: Paper is full Error: Other errors

Printer Language
Item	Description
No.	ID number of the printer language used by the machine
Name	Name of the printer language used in the machine
Version	Version of the printer language
