You can change the order of the function and shortcut icons on the [Home] screen to make them more accessible.
The number of icons that can be displayed on one page varies depending on which screen pattern is selected. On the simple screen, three icons can be displayed. On the initial screen, six icons can be displayed.
The initial and simple screens are the same in order of icons. An icon displayed on the bottom right of the initial screen in page 1 will be displayed on the upper right on the simple screen in page 2.
The [Move Icon] screen displays icons for functions that have not been installed. These icons can be moved; however, icons cannot be displayed on the [Home] screen.
For using Web Image Monitor
Log in to Web Image Monitor as an administrator.
For details, see Displaying the Printer Configuration Screens Using a Web Browser.
Point to [Device Management], and then click [Device Home Management].
Click [Edit Icons].
Drag the icon that you want to move, and then drop it to the new position.
The icon switches position if another icon is already registered in a destination.
To move the icon to another page, drag it to the destination page on the thumbnail displayed on the right of the screen. After the page is switched, drop the icon at the new position.
Press [OK] three times.
For using User Tools
Press [Move Icon] in the [Edit Home] screen.

Press [Select Icon to Move].
Select an icon that you want to move.
Press [Select Destination].
Specify the position where [Blank] is displayed.
The icon switches position if another icon is already registered in a destination.
Press [Exit].
Press the [User Tools] key.
Press [] on the upper-right corner of the screen to check the position on the simple screen.
