Finishing

1After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

For details about displaying the [Printing Preferences] dialog box, see Displaying the Printing Preferences dialog box in an application.

2Click the [Detailed Settings] tab.

3In the "Menu:" box, click the [Finishing] icon.

4Set the convenient print functions.

  • To set the collate function, select [Printer Collate] or [Application Collate] in the "Collate:" list.

  • To set the staple function, select the staple position in the "Staple:" list.

  • To set the punch function, select the punch hole position in the "Punch:" list.

Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.

5Click [OK].

6Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
