Setting Up Paper Feed Tray
After installing the printer driver, you must specify the paper size for the paper feed tray.
Changing printer settings requires Manage Printers permission. Members of the Administrators and Power Users groups have Manage Printers permission by default. When you set up the paper feed tray, log on using an account that has Manage Printers permission.
When setting the paper size on the paper feed tray, you should access the printer properties dialog box from Windows. You cannot set up the paper feed tray by accessing the printer properties dialog box from an application.
