To prevent broadcast errors, you can configure the machine to force the user to press [Add] before adding another destination.
If you want to enable this function, turn on the User Parameter (switch 17, bit 2) in the Facsimile Features menu. See Parameter Settings

While this function is being used, a message to press [Add] will appear in the following cases. Press [Add] before adding another destination if:
You try to add another destination with the destination key before pressing [Add].
You press [Reg. No.] or [Recent] before pressing [Add] when one or more destinations have been already specified.
Also, if you try to add another destination in the [Search Destination] screen, a message “Are you sure you want to add a destination?” will appear. Press [Yes] to add another destination.
