User Stamp

Copies a scanned image as a stamp.

Letters or images you use frequently can be registered as a user stamp. For details about how to register a user stamp, see Registering a user stamp.

Depending on your model and which options are installed on it, this function might not be available. For details, see "Functions Requiring Optional Configurations", Getting Started.

Important

  • You cannot use the bypass tray with this function.

  • Only one message can be stamped each time.

1Press [Edit / Stamp].

2Press [Stamp].

3Press [User Stamp].

4Select the stamp you require.

5Press [Change].

6Select the stamp position, and then press [OK].

7Press [All Pages] or [1st Page Only] to select the print page.

8Press [OK] twice.
