Click the [Internet Fax] tab on the network settings page to configure the Internet Fax settings.

Internet Fax Transmission |
Select whether to enable or disable the Internet Fax function. |
Error Notification E-mail |
Select whether to send a notification e-mail to the sender of the Internet Fax or not when e-mail reception fails. The text will include the machine's host name (as set in the DNS settings page), model name, and contact e-mail address (as set in the administrator settings page). |
Insert System-fixed Text |
Select whether to include system-fixed text in the body of the e-mail or not when sending Internet Faxes. The text will include the machine's host name (as set in the DNS settings page), model name, and contact e-mail address (as set in the administrator settings page). |
Automatic POP |
Select whether to automatically connect to the POP3 server to check for new e-mails or not. If this setting is enabled, the connection will be made at an interval specified in [POP Interval (minutes)]. |
POP Server: E-mail Reception Setting |
Select whether to leave or delete e-mails in the POP3 server after receiving them. [No]: Delete e-mails from the server after receiving them. [Save E-mail]: Leave e-mails on the server after receiving them. [Save Only Error Info]: Delete e-mails that are successfully received from the server only. |
POP Interval (minutes) |
Specifies how many minutes the machine waits between automatic connections to the POP3 server to acquire new e-mails (2 to 1440 minutes). |
