1Click the [Start] button, and then click [Control Panel].

2Click [Printers and Other Hardware].

3Click [Printers and Faxes].

4Click the icon of the printer. On the [File] menu, click [Properties].

Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008

1Click the [Start] button, and then click [Control Panel].

2Click [Printer].

3Click the icon of the printer. On the [File] menu, click [Properties].

4Click the [Ports] tab.

5In the [Print to the following port(s)] list, confirm the correct port is selected.

Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

1Click the [Start] button, and then click [Devices and Printers].

2Right-click the printer icon you want to check, and then click [Printer Properties].

3Click the [Ports] tab.

4In the [Print to the following port(s)] list, confirm the correct port is selected.
