Registering a Recent Destination in the Address Book

This section explains how to register recent destinations in the machine's address book.

Press [Recent].
The most recent, directly entered destinations appear.
Press [Program Dest.].
Press [Names], and then enter the name and other necessary information.
For details about entering the other information, see "Registering Addresses and Users for Scanner Functions", Network and System Settings Reference.
Press [OK].

Depending on the security settings, [Recent] may not be displayed.
If there are multiple recent destinations, press [] or [] to scroll through them.
