Opening the LAN-Fax Address Book

This section describes how to open the LAN-Fax Address Book.

1On the [Start] menu, click [Printers and Faxes].

2Click the icon of the LAN-Fax driver.

3On the [File] menu, click [Printing Preferences...].

4Click the [Address Book] tab.

Note

  • The procedure for opening the driver's properties may vary depending on the operating system.

  • From the [View] list, you can select the type of destinations to display.

    • [All]: Displays all destinations.

    • [Group]: Displays groups only.

    • [User]: Displays individual destinations only.
