Deleting a stored format

Make sure the machine is ready to copy.

Press the [User Tools / Counter] key.

Press [Copier / Document Server Features].

Press [Edit], and then press [Program / Delete Format].

Press [Delete], and then select the format number to be deleted.

Press [Yes].

Press [No] if you do not want to delete the existing format.

Press [Exit] twice.

Returns to the initial User Tools / Counter / Inquiry display.
