Printing Quick Dial, Speed Dial, or Group Dial Destinations

This section explains how to print destination information that is registered to Quick Dial, Speed Dial, or Group Dial.

  1. Click [Connect to Device] on the [Tools] menu.

    Alternately, you can click image on the screen.

  2. Click [Download] on the [Tools] menu.

    Alternately, you can click image on the screen. The Device Setting Utility data is downloaded from the machine.

  3. Click [Print...] on the [File] menu.

  4. Click on the item you want to print, and then click [OK].
