Selecting the E-Mail Destination in [Search] Mode

You can search through the machine's address book or the LDAP server for a destination.

  1. Press the [Address Book] key.

     -Set Orig-         

  2. Press the [Left arrow key] or [Right arrow key] key to select [Search], and then press the [Yes] key.

     Display *Search    
     Left arrow key,Right arrow key & Yes          

  3. Press the [Left arrow key] or [Right arrow key] key to select where to search, and then press the [Yes] key.

    *Machine  LDAP      
     Left arrow key,Right arrow key & Yes          

  4. Enter the beginning of the destination name.

    Search->>T_         
     OK=Right arrow key            [A]

  5. Press the [Yes] key.

    Search->>Tok        
     OK=Right arrow key            [A]
    *Searching...*      
                        

  6. Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to select the destination.

    Tok(3)              
    Search=Yes(Chck=Down arrow keyUp arrow key) 

  7. Press the [Yes] key.

    *Tokyo office      Up arrow key
     OK=Yes            Down arrow key

  8. Press the [Yes] key.

    To=Tokyo office     
    Next=Down arrow key (Send=Yes)
