Troubleshooting

Title: MCERICOH V1.00 has not been installed.

Environment: Windows 95/98, Windows Me, Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000

or

[OK] : The installation will be suspended.

Cause:

You have already installed the MCERICOH demo version, but not MCERICOH V1.00.

Solution / Workaround:

Please check the version which you have already installed.
Version 1.00 must be installed before trying to upgrade.
