Troubleshooting

Title: The evaluation period for MCEDEMO has expired.

Environment: Windows 95/98, Windows Me, Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP

[OK] : MCERICOH demo version will terminate.

Cause:

The period of validity of the demo version has expired.
So the demo version does not launch any longer.

Solution / Workaround:

If the demo version works on your environment, you can install the full version of this software.
Please contact the local Ricoh headquarters to obtain the official version of this software.
