Environment: Windows 95/98, Windows Me, Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP

[OK] : Return to the registration of user information dialog.

Cause:

You must have skipped a field which is indispensable for a legal installation.

Solution / Workaround:

Check whether the following fields were filled in.
1. Serial No. : Enter the serial number found on Installation Disk No.1
2. Company Name
3. Address 1
4. Country
5. First Name
6. Last Name
7. Phone Number
8. Fax Number
