Ricoh Co., Ltd has identified a technical problem.

In rare cases, GlobalScan NX V1.3.0 - V1.5.6 / V2.0.0 - V2.4.0 will deliver scanned jobs with pages missing. Corrupted scanned jobs are delivered to the destination PCs. When this patch is applied, the problem will be resolved.
