Ricoh Co., Ltd has identified a technical problem.
Currently, GlobalScan NX V2 from V2.0.0.0 to V2.1.3.0 (native 64-bit) and RICOH Streamline NX V2 from V2.0.0.0 to V2.1.2.0 (native 64-bit) deliver scanned jobs with pages missing or containing another job's page in rare cases.
The corrupt scanned job is correctly delivered to the destination server. Therefore, we would like for current GlobalScan NX V2 and RICOH Streamline NX V2 to install the bug fix program (available for all versions of GlobalScan V2 and RICOH Streamline NX V2.) on the server where GlobalScan NX V2 and RICOH Streamline NX V2 is installed.
