Ricoh SAP Device Types

Ricoh SAP Device Types allow the utilization of available printing features on Ricoh multi-functional products (MFP's) and laser printers (LP's). The implementation of the Ricoh SAP Device Type ensures that device specific features such as stapling, hole punching and tray selection can be fully utilized in the printing workflow.

SAP printing to Ricoh devices can also be accomplished by implementing a "standard" SAP Device Type such as HPLJ4(HP LaserJet 4.0). When implementing such a Device Type, it should be noted that all device specific printing features (stapling, hole punching, tray selection etc.) may not be accessible.
Barcode and OCR Package for SAP (Optional)
