White Streaks of Stains Appearing when Feeding Dark-Color Paper after White Coated Paper
When feeding black or other dark-color paper after white paper, white streaks may appear.

Cause:
The coating material on the coated paper may stick to the tip of the switchback guide plate’s ribs on the machine's left drawer unit, and this may be transferred to dark-color paper, causing dirty streaks.
Solution:
There are 2 solutions as follows:
Wipe the switchback guide plate with a damp cloth (water or alcohol) before feeding dark color paper.
After switching from white to dark-color paper, the streaks disappear after feeding a few sheets of paper, so do not use those first few printed sheets.
