White Toner Stains on the Background on Black Paper (Banding-Shape)
Cause:
In a high temperature and high humidity environment, the electrical charge for the white toner drops. If printing starts in such a condition and a large amount of white toner is replenished, white toner stains occur on the background.
Solution:
If the paper is not registered as custom paper, register the brand of the paper.
In the [Machine: Image Quality] group on the [Operator Adjust.] menu, select 0201: [Execute Image Quality Adjustment] and execute 04: [Adjust Image Density (Including special color)].
Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Performing this once may not be sufficient to achieve the desired effect. If you perform image density adjustment and check its result 3 times and the problem still persists, go to the next step (image process adjustment).
