Granular Toner Stains on the Paper Edges (When Printing on Thick Paper)
When printing is performed on thick paper, granular toner stains occur on the paper edges up to the tenth sheet or so.

Cause:
Since the paper transfer entrance guide plate is located close to the intermediate transfer belt, the toner image on the intermediate transfer belt scatters and accumulates on the intermediate transfer guide plate. The accumulated toner layer remains still when plain paper is used, but when thick paper is fed, the accumulated toner scatters and adheres to the paper.
Solution:
Clean the Transfer Entrance Guide Plate.
