Specifying the Output Tray to Deliver the Received Page
To make sorting received pages easier, you can specify the tray to deliver the pages received for the telephone line, Internet Fax, and IP-Fax.
An optional unit such as the internal tray 2 is required to use this function.
The finisher model (IM C400SRF) does not support the internal tray 2.
When you specify the finisher as the tray to deliver output sheets, the machine collates the pages by shifting the sheets toward the back or front for each set of copies to make it easier to differentiate.
The document received via Cloud Fax is delivered to the output tray specified for Internet Fax reception.
Press [Settings] on the Home screen.
Press [Fax Settings] on the Settings screen.
Press [Reception Settings]
[Reception File Print Settings][Specify Tray for Lines].
Press [On], and select the tray to deliver the output paper.
Press [OK].
