Overview

This system uses an Alexa for Business-compatible smart speaker to execute copying, scanning, faxing, the "Scan to Storage Device" function of "Print/Scan (Memory Storage Device)", and searching of the instruction manual by voice commands.

Commands spoken toward the smart speaker are sent to Alexa for Business via Amazon Web Service (hereafter called as “AWS”) and sent as instructions to the RICOH multifunction printer.
