Specifying Menu Protect
You can prohibit users except for the machine administrator from changing the machine's settings, and from registering and changing the programs (Menu Protect).
Enable administrator authentication for the machine administrator in advance.
Press the [Menu] key.
Log in to the machine as the machine administrator on the control panel.
Select [Maintenance], and then press the [OK] key.
Select [General Settings], and then press the [OK] key.
Select [Menu Protect], and then press the [OK] key.
Press the [
] or [
] key to select the menu protect level, and then press the [OK] key.
Press the selection key beneath 
If the desired menu item is not on the screen, press the [
] or [] key on the control panel until it appears.
