Registering/Changing/Deleting User Codes

By registering user codes in the Address Book, you can confirm print volume (the number of pages printed by the machine) on a personal basis.

Note

  • Deleting a user code clears the respective print volume as well.

Registering a User Code

1Disable user authentication or specify User Code authentication.

User Authentication Method

Specifying User Code Authentication

2Log in to the machine as the user administrator from Web Image Monitor.

3Click [Address Book] from the [Device Management] menu.

4Select a user, and then click [Change] on the [Detail Input] tab.

5Enter a user code for "User Code".

6Click [OK].

7Click [Logout] and exit the Web browser.

Changing a User Code
