Limiting Available Functions

To prevent unauthorized operations, you can specify who is allowed to access the machine.

Specify the functions available to registered users using Web Image Monitor. By configuring this setting, you can limit the functions available to users.

Log in to the machine as the user administrator from Web Image Monitor.

Click [Address Book] from the [Device Management] menu.

Select a user, and then click [Change] on the [Detail Input] tab.

Select available functions.

Click [OK] and exit the Web browser.
