Changing the login password for the printer driver

Open the printing preferences dialog box.

Click [Authentication...] in the [Job Setup] menu under the [Detailed Settings] tab.

Enter new login password on the printer or the server for use authentication.

Enter the same login password you set for confirmation.

Be sure to enter the same login password that is registered on the printer or the server.

Click [OK] to close the [Authentication] dialog box.

Click [OK] to close the printing preferences dialog box.
