If Bidirectional Communication is Disabled
This section describes how to set up option and setting of paper size for each tray on your computer manually.
Manage Printers permission is required to change the printer properties. Log on as an Administrators group member.
The procedure in this section is an example based on Windows 10.
On the [Start] menu, select [Control Panel] under [Windows System].
Click [View devices and printers].
Right-click the machine's icon, and then click [Printer properties].
Click the [Accessories] tab.
Select options installed from the [Options] area, and then make the necessary settings.
Click [Paper Size Settings] tab.
In [Input Tray:] select which trays to use, and then, in [Paper Size:] select the size of the paper that you want to load in each tray.
Click [Update] to apply the setting for each tray.
Click [Apply].
Click [OK] to close the printer properties window.
