Important

  • The Duplex function cannot be used with this function. If [1 sided 2 sided:TtoT] is selected, cancel the setting.

  • Some parts of the images may not be copied when you specify a reproduction ratio, depending on where you place the original. You can reduce the area that is not copied by placing the original on the upper left corner of the exposure glass.

    • Scanning area when copying onto A4 (81/2 × 11)Landscape at 100%.

This function copies the original on to the top and bottom halves of Landscape paper. For example, when copying onto an A4 (81/2 × 11)Landscape size sheet of paper, the front of the original is copied onto the top half of the paper in a space the same as A5 (51/2 × 81/2)Portrait and the back of the original is copied onto the bottom half. Place the original in the center of the scanning area when using this function.

We recommend that you use A4Landscape or 81/2 × 11Landscape size paper with this function.
