Canceling Password Lockout

1Log in as the user administrator from Web Image Monitor.

2Point to [Device Management], and then click [Address Book].

3Select the locked out user's account.

4Click [Detail Input], and then click [Change].

5Set "Lockout" to [Inactive] under "Authentication Information".

6Click [OK].

7Log out.

Note

  • You can cancel the administrator and supervisor password lockout by turning the main power off and back on and then waiting for 60 seconds, or waiting for 60 seconds after the machine reboots itself, or canceling the setting in [Program/Change Administrator] under [Configuration] in Web Image Monitor.
