Changing the Order of Jobs

In the following procedure, the [Check Status] screen is used to change the order of jobs.

1Press the [Check Status] key.

2Press the [Current Job] tab.

3Select [Copier / Document Server], [Printer], or [Others].

Note

  • When a printer controller is connected, its name is also displayed.

4Select the job whose order you want to change.

5Press [Change Order].

6Change the order using [Up arrow key Top], [Up arrow key Previous], or [Down arrow key Next].

7Press [OK].

8Press [Exit].

Note

  • You can change the order of jobs using the [Job List] screen. When a job is being processed, press the [Stop] key, press [Job List], and then follow the procedure from Step 3.
