You can print the destination list registered in the Address Book.
The descriptions related to the destination list are intended for Type 1, 2 and 3 machines.
Press [Home] (
) at the bottom of the screen in the center.
Press the [User Tools] (
) icon on the [Home] screen.
Press [Machine Features].
Press [System Settings].
Press [Administrator Tools].
Press [Print Address Book: Destination List].
Select a print format.
To print the list on two-sided pages, select [Print on 2 Sides].
Press the [Start] key.
The list is printed out.
