In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper, select 1214: [Paper Transfer Output] and then adjust the cursors in [Side 1] and [Side 2] in [FC] to [] by 1 from the present value.

Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes	Finished!
No	Go to the next step.

Select 1214: [Paper Transfer Output], and then adjust the cursors in [Side 1] and [Side 2] in [FC] to [] by 1 from the present value.

Yes	Finished!
No	Go to the next step.

Has a problem occurred to part other than black?

Yes	Go to the next step.
No	Repeat this procedure from Step 1.

Launch Fiery Command WorkStation 6.

Click [Job Properties] corresponding to the image to be printed.

Click the [Color] tab.

Click [Expert Settings] in color mode.

In [Colorwise off] in [CMYK/Grayscale], adjust the setting to an appropriate image process.

Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes	Finished!
No	Go to the next step.

Launch Fiery Command WorkStation 6.

Click [Job Properties] corresponding to the image to be printed.

Click the [Color] tab.

Click [Expert Settings] in the color mode.

Click the [Gray and Black (CMYK and RGB)] tab.

Set [Black Text and Graphics] to [Normal].

Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes	Finished!
No	The problem cannot be reduced any more by this solution. Contact your service representative.
