Solutions vary depending on which color is faint.

If you are not sure which color is affected, perform "(a) Check which color is affected", and then, according to its result, perform "(b) Only black is affected" or "(c) Multiple colors are affected".

(a) Check which color is affected

1In [Advanced Settings] for custom paper, select 1217: [Paper Transfer Output Correction: Paper Edge], and then adjust the cursor in [Leading Edge] in [FC] to [plus] in steps of 4 to 8 from the present value.

2Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes

Restore the previous settings changed in Step 1, and then perform "(c) Multiple colors are affected".

Restore the previous settings changed in Step 1, and then perform "(b) Only black is affected".

(b) Only black is affected

1In [Advanced Settings] for custom paper, select 1217: [Paper Transfer Output Correction: Paper Edge], and then adjust the cursor in [Leading Edge] in [FC] to [minus] in steps of 2 from the present value.

2Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
