2Print 20 sheets of the image, then another 10. Does this eliminate the problem?

Yes

Go to the next step.

3Increase the heating roller’s temperature by 5°C.

4Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes

Finished!

No

Repeat Steps 3 and 4. If the problem persists even after increasing the heating roller's temperature to 185°C, go to the next step.

5Have changes to the settings resulted in glossy lines or paper misfeed?

Yes

Reset the temperature, and then go to the next step.

No
