Paper transfer separate voltage

Adjust the paper transfer separate voltage.

If "Black" or "Metallic/Pearl" is selected as the paper type in [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper, the paper transfer separation voltage is automatically to set to zero. Accordingly, this setting does not need to be adjusted if the paper type setting is specified properly.

It is also necessary to adjust this setting if 1218: [Paper Transfer Output: Textured Paper Mode] is toggled On to solve mottling.
