Registering names

This section describes how to register names.

1Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.

2Press the [User Tools] (Operation panel screen illustration) icon on the [Home] screen.

3Press [Address Book Management].

4Check that [Program / Change] is selected.

5Press [New Program].

6Press [Change] under "Name".

The name entry display appears.

7Enter the name, and then press [OK].

8Press [Down arrow keyNext].

9Press the key for the classification you want to use under "Select Title".

The keys you can select are as follows:

  • [Frequent]: Added to the page that is displayed first.

  • [AB], [CD], [EF], [GH], [IJK], [LMN], [OPQ], [RST], [UVW], [XYZ], [1] to [10]: Added to the list of items in the selected title.

You can select [Frequent] and one more key for each title.

10Press [OK].

11Press [Exit].

12Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.

  • Registered names can be used for documents in the Document Server. For details about the Document Server, see "Document Server", Basic Operations.
