This section explains the settings for Web Browser NX.
To display the settings, press [Menu] (
) at the bottom of the screen in the center.
Program Favorites
You can register up to 10 frequently accessed URLs and their titles.
Manage/Edit Favorites
You can edit or delete the registered Favorites.
After selecting this item in the menu, press and hold the Favorite information to open the [Edit/Delete Favorites] screen.
Add Shortcut to Home
You can add shortcuts of web applications to the [Home] screen.
After selecting this item in the menu, press and hold the Favorite information to open the [Edit/Delete Favorites] screen.
Program Initial Page
Register a URL to open when you launch Web Browser NX.
Security Settings
You can configure the security settings of Web Browser NX.
Save Password
Specify whether or not to save the user names and passwords entered on web applications.
Default: [Do not Save]
Save Form Data
Specify whether or not to save the data entered in the form.
Default: [Do not Save]
Save Cookie
Specify whether or not to enable web applications to save cookies in the memory of the machine and to access them later.
Default: [Do not Save]
Save Application Cache
Specify whether or not to save application cache.
Default: [Do not Save]
Clear Caches
Delete the cache memory.
Delete Password
Delete all stored passwords.
Delete Form Data
Delete the stored form data.
Delete Cookie
Delete all cookies.
Check SSL Error
You can specify whether or not to notify SSL errors.
Default: [Check]
Restrict Usage for Users
This setting is available only for the administrator.
When this item is set to [Restrict], users cannot operate the [Back] and [Menu] keys or add shortcuts from the [Home] screen.
Default: [Do not Restrict]
