Press [Prt.Jobs], and then select the setting items using the [
] or [
] key.
Select [Job List] 
Select the file you want to delete Press [Delete]
Enter the password Press [OK] Press [Delete]
The administrator does not need to enter the password when logging into the printer from the control panel.
This can also be specified via Web Image Monitor. For details, see Web Image Monitor Help.
The administrator can change the password of a Locked Print file using Web Image Monitor.
