1On the [Start] menu, click [Devices and Printers].

For Windows Vista, click [Control Panel], and then click [Hardware and Sound] from [Printer] to display the [Printer] window.

For Windows 8.1, click [Settings] on the Charm Bar, and then click [Control Panel]. When the [Control Panel] window appears, click [View devices and printers].

For Windows Vista, right-click the icon of the printer you have added, click [Run as administrator], and then click [Properties].
