You can specify who is allowed to access the data in the Address Book. To protect the data from unauthorized users, you can also encrypt the data in the Address Book.
The information in the address book can be centrally managed by the management server but not by managed clients. For details about Central Management, see "Administrator Tools", Configuring and Managing the Printer.
