Data Carry-over Setting for Address Book Auto-program

Information that is not automatically registered in the Address Book can be copied from an already registered user, and then it is registered.

1Log in as the user administrator from the control panel.

2Press [System Settings].

3Press [Administrator Tools].

4Press [Data Carry-over Setting for Address Book Auto-program].

5Press [Carry-over Data].

6Use the number keys to enter the registration number of the Address Book to apply the specified setting, and then press [Sharp].

7Press [OK].

8Press [Logout].

A confirmation message appears. If you press [OK], you will be automatically logged out.
