Registering/Changing Fax Information

Press [Fax Features].

Press [Initial Settings].

Press [Program Fax Information].

To register a fax header, check that the [Fax Header] tab is selected, and then register a fax header.

Press the fax header you want to register, enter a fax header including your name and fax number, and then press [OK].

To register your name, select the [Own Name] tab, and then register your name.

Press [Own Name], enter your name, and then press [OK].

To register your fax number, select the [Own Fax Number] tab, and then register your fax number.

Select the line type you want to register. Enter your fax number using the number keys. Press [], and then press [OK].

To enter a + sign or a space, press [] or [Space].

Press [Exit] twice.
