Press the [Home] key on the lower left of the control panel.
Press the [Address Book Management] icon on the [Home] screen.
Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
Select the name whose e-mail address you want to register.
Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
Press [Email].
Press [Change] under "Email Address".
Enter the e-mail address, and then press [OK].
If you want to use Internet fax, specify whether or not to use "Send via SMTP Server".
Press [OK].
Press the [User Tools] key.
You can enter up to 128 characters for the e-mail address.
